  • Yin to Restorative to Soundbath - Experience is a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life, As the students settle onto their mats, allowing themselves to connect with their breath and sink into a state of mindfulness. The class begins with gentle movements to warm up the body and prepare the students for the deeper stretches ahead. In the Yin portion of the class, we will explore longer hold stretches, allowing gravity to gently release tension in the muscles and fascia. With minimal props, we invite the students to surrender into each posture, finding stillness and presence in the sensations that arise. Embracing the quietude of the practice, we cultivate a sense of introspection and inner awareness, planting seeds of mindfulness with each breath. Transitioning seamlessly into the Restorative phase, the yogis will be guided into supported poses designed to facilitate profound relaxation and restoration.

MONDAY MORNING YOGA WITH ANIA

In this class you will experience:

  • Strength/balance/core-focused class

  • Breakdown of a pose or movement in the first half.

  • Weaving of said pose or movement into a slow flow sequence in the second half.

  • Expect mobility work, sun salutations, exploration of foundational poses, flow sequences that focus on strength and grace.

MONDAY AND THURSDAY CORE POWER YOGA

Core Power Yoga is a dynamic and physically challenging form of yoga that combines strength training with traditional yoga poses. This class focuses on building core strength, improving posture and promoting overall well-being. Participants can expect a series of flowing sequences that incorporate strength-building exercises such as planks, push-ups, and lunges, as well as traditional yoga poses like downward dog and warrior II. The class is designed to challenge both the mind and the body, and is ideal for those looking to improve their physical fitness, balance and flexibility. With an emphasis on proper alignment and mindfulness, this class promotes good posture and a greater sense of physical and mental well-being.

MONDAY AND THURSDAY RELAX AND UNWIND GENTLE MOVEMENT TO YOGA NIDRA

This Slow Flow yoga class guarantees a blissful evening. Relax into a soothing sequence that allows you to find your balance, gentle and long hold stretches in the gentle movement section and ending the session with a twenty minute Yoga Nidra meditation that will leave you feeling renewed and grounded.

WEDNESDAY RISE AND SHINE YOGA

Start early into the midweek by enjoying a beautiful Sunrise Yoga Class by the Eco Lake. Birds, Chickens, lizzards and if you are lucky the otters will join you during your all level friendly vinyasa yoga class.

WEDNESDAY YIN/RESTORATIVE YOGA TO SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE

Unwind your day with a mix of slow Yin Yoga and gentle restorative Yoga poses, ending in deep relaxation of full 20 minutes of Sound Bath Experience to the sound of our beautiful Crystal Singing Bowls.  Book your spot fast, this is a favorite.

THURSDAY YOGA ZEN/BEGINNERS YOGA 

Thursday morning and this class is for you if you are new to Yoga. We go trough the ABC of yoga and learn all the poses and alignment. Gentle stretches and sun salutations, feel amazing after the class and stay for a social coffee/tea or healthy smoothie with the yoga group at Balanced Living Cafe downstairs.

FRIDAY YIN/YANG  YOGA WITH HWEE

This class blends in the Hatha( Yang) with the gentle energy of the Yin , in deeper and longer hold poses. End your week on Friday with Hwee's beautiful Gentle yoga practice in the lush greenery of the Botanic Gardens.

SATURDAY FEEL GOOD YOGA WITH DIFFERENT TEACHERS EVERY WEEK

In this class you will find a broad range of yoga practices, including;

  • Asanas, or yoga poses, for strength and flexibility, with the our teachers alignment and anatomical training to keep you safe;

  • Pranayama, or breathing practices, to energise, calm, de-stress or relax.

  • Guided meditations to relax, improve focus, reduce anxiety and a host of other benefits.
